Welcome to Resendes Family Dentistry. We look forward to providing you and your family with the best dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our three great doctors and awesome team make each visit enjoyable. We treat patients of all ages, meeting the dental needs for your entire family.
Our practice was originally founded in 1981 by Dr. Gregory Gay, and he was the childhood dentist of Dr. Resendes. She knew from a young age that she wanted to be a dentist, and Dr. Gay was an inspiration for her. When he was forced to retire early from some medical conditions, she bought the practice in North Chesterfield and set out to continue the legacy he began in the same gentle, caring, patient-centered manner she had come to know and appreciate as a child.
Dr. Resendes has owned this practice for almost a decade and recently acquired a second location in Midlothian from Dr. Bittler in 2020.
Our goal is to provide excellent dental care for the entire family and to educate our patients to help achieve the healthiest smile they can. We provide individualized care for each patient, customizing every treatment plan to meet each person’s goals and needs. By establishing a personal relationship, it is our goal to assist each patient in achieving and maintaining a healthy mouth and a fantastic smile to last a lifetime. Every patient is part of our growing family, and we look forward to working with YOU!
We participate with several insurance providers and can work with most others. For patients who do not have insurance, we offer an in-office wellness plan. For information on this savings plan, please view or download our information sheet.
Safety and Protocols
The safety and comfort of our staff and patients is our number one priority. After all, you are our family. We have installed air purifiers in each operatory and throughout the office. We thoroughly clean and disinfect all equipment, and sterilize all instruments. We follow all standard of care protocols for universal precautions.
