Dr. Melanie Resendes is a Chesterfield native, who graduated valedictorian from L.C. Bird High School in 1998.  After completing her Bachelor of Science degree from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas, she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from VCU School of Dentistry in 2006, graduating in the top ten of her class.  She enjoys treating patients of all ages, and considers all of her patients a part of our family.   She has a particular passion for restorative treatment in the esthetic zone, and takes a comprehensive approach to all of her patient care needs.  She is a member of the ADA, the VDA, and the Southside Dental Society. Dr. Resendes resides in Midlothian with her two amazing children, Owen, age 8, and Brooklyn, age 3.  She is an active participant in her church, an avid reader (when she can find time!), a music lover, and she enjoys quite a few primetime TV shows.
